Scottish History - Wallace & Bruce

Jack went to Stirling Castle and Bannockburn during the October break. He has taken photos of King Robert the Bruce, Stirling Castle and weapons used in the 13th and 14th centuries.Wallace defeated England at the Battle of Stirling Bridge and Bruce led the Scots to defeat the English at the Battle of Bannockburn in 1314.

Royal National Mod

Maisie and Coco at the Royal National Mod – ‘Deiseil is Deonach’ (ready and willing).
The Mod is held every year and includes songs and music in Gaelic.

Je m'appelle Maisie et je viens de Morningside, Édimbourg en Ecosse. Mon père est un explorateur dans la jungle Amazonienne. Je vis avec ma mamie et son amie, Mrs McKitty, habite à côté.
